Remember, if someone puts you down in any way for your art you have every right to be upset ad cut them off completely

^^^ This, I literally had a year of feeling guilty of making art because a person I used to be friends with said I was a “show off” and I made them feel shitty about their art. I felt I shouldn’t post art because I’m making people feel bad and I don’t like making people hate themselves or hate their art. I felt if I show people my art, I will be seen as someone who is show off when I am just as hard on myself with my art.

Long story short, I cut off that person completely and found my love for making art again and showing it. Don’t let anyone ever make you feel bad about your artwork.
